How To Remove A Mole

A mole is a benign tumor of the skin. It can be caused by two main causes: the first one is genetic predisposition. There are genes which determine how likely we are to form moles, and there are passed on from parents to children. Another cause of moles is exposure to UV light.

The moles that form from exposure to sunlight can be dangerous. They are one of the biggest natural causes of skin cancer. Using sun lotions can prevent the forming of moles as well as sunburn and thus reducing the risk of getting skin cancer.

The removal of moles can be a complicated business. Most people think that moles are not at all aesthetic, and throughout history many ways were devised to get rid of them. Here we will discuss few tips via which can help to remove a mole.

Tips That May Help Remove a Skin Mole

Many plants are said to have the effect of removing moles. In the older days, people would make a small incision into the mole or try to cut it out completely and then rub the plant with the so-called mole removal property in order to prevent it from growing back. However, recent studies have shown that trying to break off or damage a mole in any way can greatly increase the risk of skin cancer. As such, breaking or cutting moles by you, at home, is not such a good idea.

However, some plants have been proven to have positive effects when the aim is to remove a mole. Garlic, pineapple and even honey have been proven to decrease the size of the moles or even make them disappear. However, the effectiveness of these natural cures can be limited. With continuous and regular use, you may see some differences, however we do not promise anything if they can remove a mole.

Seeing a dermatologist is the only way you can be sure that your moles will be taken care of, for good. The dermatologist will first analyze the moles to see which type they are and to see if they are not even dangerous (atypical moles). Their color, size and shape are usual factors in determining a mole’s type.

Professionally removing moles through laser surgery greatly decreases the risks posed by cutting a mole. Surgeons will remove the mole by surgery ensuring that no damage is done and that the mole cannot form itself again. The wide array of precautions taken will ensure that your health is not put to any risks, so there is no need to fear this procedure.

After the moles have been removed through surgery, the doctors assess if the moles have a chance of forming back. If they don’t, the surgery will simply be stitched and you don’t have to worry about anything else. However, if the doctor decides that the moles may form back, they may have to cauterize the incisions, which basically mean that they painlessly burn the place where the mole was with a specialized tool to make sure that the mole does not grow back under any circumstances.

Alternatively, there are some home remedies that you can use to remove a mole. You can prepare fresh pineapple juice daily and continue to rub on your face until mole disappear. You may also apply honey on the moles or make a list of items for e.g.: garlic, honey, fig stems, pineapple, castor oil, Cauliflowers and hot water with vinegar which are useful in removing moles naturally by selecting one of them.

Rinse your face with hot water everyday around 6-7 times. Let your skin dry, then apply cider vinegar to your moles with cotton swabs. Wait for 10-15 minutes and then wash your face with cool water.

Moles are just a byproduct of our genetic code. However, if you decide to remove yours, make sure you see a dermatologist first. They are the first persons to ask for any sort of skin problem.
